30 Years After Ron Goldman's Murder, Father Says O.J. Simpson's Death Brings No Closure

Goldman's Father Expresses Disappointment and Calls for Justice for Ron's Murder

Three decades after the tragic murder of Ron Goldman, his father, Fred Goldman, has spoken out about his feelings following the death of O.J. Simpson. In an interview with Web, Goldman expressed his disappointment and his belief that justice for Ron's murder has not been fully served.

Goldman and his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, were brutally murdered outside her Los Angeles home on June 12, 1994. Simpson was acquitted of the murders in a highly publicized criminal trial that ended in 1995, but he was later found liable for their deaths in a civil lawsuit.

Fred Goldman said that learning of Simpson's death brought him no closure. "It's disheartening," he said. "Nothing has changed. Ron is still dead, and there's been no justice." Goldman went on to say, "The fact that he died of natural causes in his bed is really a slap in the face. He should have spent the rest of his life in prison."

Goldman also criticized the lack of progress in investigating and prosecuting Simpson's accomplices in the murders. "I don't understand why no one else has been arrested," he said. "There were other people involved, and they need to be held accountable too."

Fred Goldman has remained a vocal advocate for justice for his son. He has written a book about his experiences and has campaigned for changes to the justice system. He said he hopes that one day, Ron's murderers will be fully brought to justice.
