Lansing Motorcycle Crash Leaves One Dead
Fatal Accident on Cedar Street

Lansing, MI (April 10, 2024) - A tragic motorcycle crash in Lansing has claimed the life of one individual. The incident occurred just before 2:30 p.m. on Sunday morning in the 2900 block of Cedar Street between Elm Street and the I-496 freeway.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a 25-year-old male motorcyclist who had crashed into a vehicle that had pulled out in front of him. Officers immediately began performing CPR, but the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Lansing Police Department is currently investigating the crash to determine the exact cause and contributing factors. The name of the deceased has not yet been released pending notification of family.
