Troubleshooting Hulu on Amazon Fire TV Stick
Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection
Hulu requires a stable internet connection to work smoothly on Amazon Fire TV Stick. If Hulu isn't working, the easiest way to see if the problem lies on the device you're using or elsewhere is to check your internet connection. To do this, try opening other apps or browsing the web on your Fire TV Stick. If other apps or websites are also not working, the problem is likely with your internet connection. In this case, you should contact your internet service provider for assistance.
Step 2: Restart Your Fire TV Stick
If your internet connection is working properly, the next step is to restart your Fire TV Stick. To do this, unplug it from the power outlet and then plug it back in. Wait for the Fire TV Stick to restart and then try opening Hulu again.
Step 3: Clear Hulu's Cache and Data
If restarting your Fire TV Stick doesn't fix the problem, you can try clearing Hulu's cache and data. To do this, go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Hulu > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
Step 4: Uninstall and Reinstall Hulu
If clearing Hulu's cache and data doesn't fix the problem, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling Hulu. To do this, go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Hulu > Uninstall. Once Hulu has been uninstalled, restart your Fire TV Stick and then reinstall Hulu from the Amazon Appstore.
Step 5: Contact Hulu Support
If none of the above steps fix the problem, you can contact Hulu support for assistance. Hulu support can be reached by phone at 1-888-236-9300 or by email at help@hulu.com.
